Healthy Vanilla Cake

Simple basic vanilla cake can be used as a base for many recipes. Here is my vanilla cake with a healthy twist. (With Dalia/Oats) Here's how this comes together.


1 cup cream
1/2 cup dalia or oats, soaked for a couple of hours
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla powder
2 eggs


1. Beat together eggs, sugar and cream till sugar dissolves.

2. Add the dalia or oats and beat some more before adding the baking powder, vanilla powder and flour.

3. Fold the batter and pour into microwave proof baking disk.

4. Bake at high power in microwave for 7 minutes. Cool and serve.
